We’d like to introduce you to one of our newer faces here at Bowling & Kugler Realty, Mike Hundley! Mike’s previous professional career started in 1987 where he was employed for 16 years by Fluor Daniel Construction & Engineering Inc. at Fernald starting in Quality Assurance and progressing to Facility Services Manager responsible for management of maintenance and constructions services on site building and properties. After leaving Fluor, Mike started Facility Management Services of Cincinnati, Inc. where he served as president for over 20 years providing maintenance and construction services to Residential and Commercial Real Estate Brokers, Asset Management companies, Public Municipalities and private home owners and businesses.
Mike graduated from Hamilton Badin as part of the class of 1983 and attended Miami University from 1983-1987 studying General Business. He also owned and operated Cincinnati Baseball & Sports Academy for 10 years and still operates Cast Properties LLC specializing in rental properties and property management. Mike’s favorite thing to do in his spare time is spend time with his family. Mike has been married to his wife Sharon for 35 years and they have 4 children – he enjoys traveling and attending sporting events with them most. His oldest son is getting married in the fall and they are looking forward to seeing their family grow! Mike is an avid golfer and enjoys sharing time on the links with his friends.
Q: What made you interested in a profession in real estate?
I have been working in the real estate industry for the last 20 years in the construction, maintenance and real estate management and investment field. I have worked with Real Estate brokers/agents, commercial property owners, home owners and investors to improve properties to assure the highest market value. The experiences and the relationships I developed with Real estate professionals and property owners made me feel that the natural progression of my career path was to utilize my past experiences and skills in Real Estate sales.

Q: What made you want to join the Bowling & Kugler team?
This was the easiest choice I had getting into Real Estate sales. I have always felt Bob Kugler and his team provides the best quality services with integrity while producing results. I am excited to become part of this team and look forward to a Great Real Estate career.
