Andrea SneedQ: What do you love most about your job?

A: I love that my job challenges me every day. There is always something new to be learned and the real estate market is constantly changing. This job keeps me on my toes and pushes me to constantly be learning and bettering myself professionally. I also love that this job has brought many new people into my life. My clients always feel like family to me after a transaction. I love when clients send me updated photos of their homes and keep me updated on how their kids are doing or exciting things happening in their lives. It truly is a treat to work with and get to know my clients.

Q: What is your favorite part about working for Bowling & Kugler Realty?

A: Bowling & Kugler Realty is like a big family. I love that our brokerage started out as a family business and has remained a family business. We treat each other like family and our clients feel like family to us. You get a small hometown family experience when you work with us, and I think that is pretty special and unique. Buying a house is such a personal experience, you want someone who truly cares about your wants and needs and not someone who is just looking to make a paycheck. Everyone in my office goes above and beyond for their clients, just like they would for a family member, and I think that is pretty cool to see.

Q: What do you do to stay current in the changing real estate industry?

A: I have recently started getting more involved with our local board (Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati) to immerse myself in continuing education and opportunities to stay up on what’s is affecting the real estate industry in the markets I work in. I am currently a member of RAGC’s 2023 Leadership Academy where I have been able to network and learn from different members of local real estate committees. I believe it is important to be an educated Realtor and have a voice with your local board so that you can help advocate for homeowner rights on behalf of your clients and all homeowners.
